Among the many popular attractions of Sopron's more than 2 000-hectare forest park, the iconic Károly Lookout Tower is undoubtedly the most famous. It is the only lookout tower in Sopron built entirely of stone, apart from the city's historic Firewatch Tower, which also offers spectacular panoramic views.
From the top, visitors can enjoy breathtaking views over the Sopron Hills, the surrounding forests, and, on clear days, even as far as Lake Neusiedl and the Alps.
