The Stairway of the Saints, also known as the Pauline Stairway or Monastery Hill Stairway, is one of Sopron's most charming historical walking routes.
The pathway consists of 88 steps, seven resting places and fourteen statues, leading visitors to the Pauline-Carmelite Monastery and the Church of the Queen of Heaven in Sopronbánfalva. Surrounded by peaceful natural scenery, the stairway offers a pleasant walk while combining history, spirituality and beautiful views.
